At Surprise Shirts Ltd, we want you to be thrilled with your mystery kit, but we understand that sometimes the fit or style may not be quite right. You can return or exchange any unworn item with its original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization code.

  Package Your Shirt

  Ensure the jersey is in its original condition with all tags attached, and place it back in its protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the item, we will process your full refund or dispatch your replacement mystery shirt within 3-5 business days.
